Gloves (open or closed fingers are acceptable)
Close toed shoes. Preferably shoes designed for mountain bike pedals
Water bottle or pack
Rear flashing light for occasions when trail access requires riding on roads

Parking
Access to trails requires riding on the public roads and the use of rear flashing red lights
Parking for Miller School practices is not on the main campus. Field parking is off of Dick Woods Road.
